This is part of the reason why Keyprocessor conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey among its business partners and end-users. Based on our organisational values we test whether our range of products and services and working methods still fulfil requirements and expectations. This enables us to determine whether and to what extent people are satisfied with the performance of our organisation and where we need to make any improvements.
