Fred is speaking
When Fred was approached in 1998 to work at Keyprocessor, he couldn’t turn it down. “I think the technology and higher market segment that Keyprocessor serves is very interesting,” says Fred.

Nowadays, his job title is Technical Specialist. “I help customers with updates to their system, but I also work a lot in the Control Room to provide technical support.” Every day Fred does his level best to make a difference for customers. “That’s what I would call the silver lining.”
As a technical specialist he always delves into specialised knowledge. “Over the years, you develop so much feeling for products that you almost see them as your child.”
