Gerard is speaking
As a Project Supervisor, Gerard is the intermediary between the installer and our organization. “A deliberate choice was made for the term supervisor, because project management is done by the dealers themselves,” Gerard explains. “We offer support where necessary.” That varies from timely delivery of materials to consultancy or coordination with the dealer and end customer on site.
We’ve been able to drastically reduce the lead time for orders.
Gerard is also part of the order desk team. “We have made considerable progress in organising the process better, which has enabled us to drastically reduce the lead time for orders,” he says contentedly.
According to Gerard, who has now been at Keyprocessor for 2½ years, there is room to share one’s thoughts with the organization in solving problems. “As long as you do your job well, you will be given plenty of freedom and responsibility,” he says. “That gives one confidence.”
