International support: change is coming!
Keyprocessor’s international activities have been progressing at an accelerating pace in recent years. This has prompted us to re-examine Service & Support and to make our handy Partner Portal available to customers abroad.
Perhaps you are already familiar with our Partner Portal, where manuals and documents of our solutions can be found. From now on, you can also go there to ask for support. You no longer need to send us an email, but you can apply for a service ticket with a few clicks via the Partner Portal.
An expansion we’re currently working on is that you can view the status of pending tickets via the Partner Portal. As soon as this service is available, we will notify you.
Finally, we wish to notify you about the changed telephone number of our Service & Support department. For queries from outside the Netherlands, please contact us at telephone number: +31-20 462 0750. When calling this number, you will reach our international service desk, which is especially equipped for Service & Support abroad.
