If you have any queries or would like to know exactly what data we have on you, then please contact us.

Location data
Sometimes at www.keyprocessor.com or through our apps we need to know where you are. We will ask separately if you want us to know your location. Only if you give us your permission will we be provided with this information.

We use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer for this service. We have no control over what the producers of this software (such as Google Maps) do with this data. Therefore, please also read their privacy declarations.

Supplying data to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners we work with, under no circumstances do we supply your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless obliged to do so by law (such as to assist the police with their enquiries).

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files which store information to help you avoid repetitively having to fill in the same data. The cookies also let us see for example that you have previously visited our website.

When you visit our website for the first time, you will see a message that explains how we use cookies. We also ask your permission to use these cookies.

You can opt to block cookies via your browser, however if you do so a number of elements on our website may not operate so smoothly.

We have agreements in place with other companies regarding the use of cookies. However, we do not control what they do with cookies. It is therefore also important to read their privacy declarations.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have a processing contract in place with Google, which follows strict agreements about what they are allowed to use and/or track. We have not given Google permission to use Google Analytics data harvested for other Google services. We also ensure Google anonymises the IP addresses.

We use Hotjar to understand our visitors’ wishes better, as well as to optimise their experience and our services. Hotjar is a technical service that helps us acquire insight into the visitor’s experience (for example how much time is spent on a page, which links are clicked, what visitors do or don’t do, etc). We aim to improve our services based on this feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technology to collect visitors’ data, such as the equipment they use (specifically the equipment’s IP address, collected and stored in an anonymous form), the screen size, the type of equipment (the equipment’s unique identifiers), browser information, geographical location (country only) and the preferred language use for the website. Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile. Neither we nor Hotjar will ever use this information to identify a unique visitor or link up this data to a unique visitor’s other data. For further details, please refer to Hotjar’s privacy policy using this link.

You can use this opt-out link to deregister from Hotjar to ensure that no user profile is created, no data regarding how you use our website is stored and no Hotjar tracking cookies are placed.

We use embedded YouTube videos to allow visitors to play visual material on our website. To do this, Google places its DoubleClick cookie. This is a ‘tracking cookie’ which Google uses to improve your online experience, such as showing you relevant advertising.

Safeguarding your personal data is vital to us. We have taken the following steps to protect your privacy:

  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL). This screens off all information passing between you and our website when entering personal data.
