Adequate support is of great importance to guarantee an optimum functioning of your Security Management System. This is the responsibility of the Keyprocessor Control Room. The Control Room is the ultimate helpdesk for questions about products, faults, maintenance, management, training courses and other services.
Services are monitored and carried out from the Control Room. Aside from a helpdesk, there are also possibilities for real-time monitoring. Keyprocessor actively monitors your systems by using a direct connection and smart reporting capabilities.
One of the services offered by the Keyprocessor Control Room is Smart Maintenance. Based on ‘to measure is to know’, a Smart Maintenance system collects information about events and incidents in iProtect and the connected systems. Thus, the status of your system is proactively monitored, and intervention can take place, before the actual fault occurs.
The Keyprocessor Control Room is open on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00. When the Control Room is closed, you will be directed to our Keyprocessor Control Centre for contractual support.
