The RMA form
For each return shipment to Keyprocessor, please include a fully completed RMA form. This form can be downloaded here.
After applying for the RMA, Keyprocessor will immediately ship a service article (Swecoin printer), if in stock, to contract customers. The faulty merchandise must be shipped to us within one week after receipt of our RMA number. Of course, Keyprocessor will request that the shipment must include the form with unique RMA number.
How does RMA work?
- For every return shipment, please complete the RMA form and mail it to email@example.com. An RMA number will be issued to you within two working days.
- Include the form with the unique RMA number with the shipment. Also mention this RMA number on the packaging. Shipments returned without an RMA number and form cannot be accepted.
- If Keyprocessor can have the product repaired, this repaired product will be returned to you. If there are any costs involved where no fixed price has been agreed, then you will first be informed hereof.
If Keyprocessor cannot have the product repaired, the article will be destroyed by us. A credit note will be issued if the product is under guarantee and is not faulty due to negligence.
